  • I don’t know where or how to start?

    First step is to acknowledge that you’d like a hand and acknowledge you don’t have all the answers.Then it becomes simple as you can reach out for a FREE and no obligation chat with us. 


    We know it can be overwhelming running a business, managing people, juggling cash flow, technology and we haven’t even started on customers… The brilliant thing is that we are the experts and know exactly what to do, where to start and how to help you build the ‘strategic business muscle’ to ensure what you do is sustainable, repeatable, and financially rewarding. We normally start working on the ‘low hanging fruit’ to get some quick wins and build positive momentum.

  • What’s the process of working with Purpa?

    First step is to reach out via email, phone or on our social pipes and say hello. We will provide a no obligation free assessment of your business and situation and give you some strategies and ideas you can implement immediately.


    We will always have a free chat to you prior, let you know what we do, how we help and the next steps. This involves sending us some background information and completing a couple of diagnostic questionnaires which will provide some value and assistance in our first meeting. 


    Once that first catch up is completed, we have created a few strategies to help with your issues, we will discuss the formal ways we can support you to reach your goals. This may involve a once off workshop to solve an issue or get clarity on your future, recommending a mentor to work with key executives or even ongoing business coaching or advisory boards to provide external professional guidance and accountability. We will discuss all options at the time and provide a written proposal as appropriate.

  • What are the costs?

    The short answer is it depends on a few variables. All businesses are different and have a number of moving parts and usually different focuses. We consider a number of things when pricing our services including the time involved, complexity of your situation, engagement with your current team of  professional services, how many staff or leaders will engage us, how many participants at workshops, how many people need access to our online library of business and personal development courses.


    In saying that, we aim to overservice and overdeliver what we do. Therefore, we go wide and deep to help. We are the local independent experts and have the best people possible to put in your corner to get the results. We don’t cut corners and our success is aligned to your success.

  • What can I expect if we engage you?

    We are the local independent business experts. We focus on adding value to you and your organisation straight away. No corporate jargon, no bullshit promises or fluffy promises. You will get experts with the proven systems, processes and experience to take you and your business to the next level. 


    We have the runs on the board with our people. We aren’t flash in the pan unproven coaches who spruik online with no credibility. We’ve done this before, we are locals and you can expect real tangible results that focus on long term sustainability. No short term sugar hits, we take the long term big picture strategic view and help you look at your business in the same way.

  • What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring?

    I don’t want to talk to anyone about my feelings, especially a psychologist as they don’t affect my business?


    If you don’t feel comfortable, you don’t have to talk to anyone. In fact, we only bring in our organisational or clinical psychologists if there is a very good reason. We will never do it prior and never force anything on you.


    Typically, our experts in this space are brilliant to help build self-awareness, remove personal blockages or elements holding people back. Additionally, if you have teams or people within the organisation who are misbehaving, unaligned, or struggling with things like change, these experts can help. Additionally, they are great with assisting transition within business. They typically compliment our ongoing guidance and services and plug in and out as required with your approval. They can also assist to work through a complicated scenario or people problem on a project.


  • Why does Purpa promote personal health and wellness if it is a business service?

    The two are very interlinked and typically you can’t be fully satisfied or content if one area of your life or business is broken. We have seen many clients build successful businesses, creating significant monetary wealth and having the ability to accumulate a lot of material things. 


    Unfortunately, if balance doesn’t exist we tend to see businesspeople extremely unhappy due to the inattention of their home life. This ends in unhappy marriages, transactional relationships with family, friends and even children. There is no point being the wealthiest person in the graveyard.  Balance in all areas of life is more sustainable and enjoyable.

  • Why is legacy important to consider?

    Believe it or not, all of us will end up in the same place, and there is no point being the richest person in the cemetery. We encourage all our members to think bigger than themselves.
