Andrew offers 30 years’ experience in the areas of specialist Talent Acquisition, Executive & Director Search, Strategic Human Resource Management, General Management and Governance.
Experienced as a People & Performance Practitioner, Principal Consultant, Chief of Staff, General Manager, Managing Director, Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor and Chairman across a wide range of industries, Andrew’s board career spans 20+ years. This includes his current role as Chairman of a multi-service health and aged care organisation.
While the majority of his experience has been with privately held companies and independent not-for-profit organisations, Andrew also offers experience within a corporate and ASX-listed context. Andrew is a demonstrated lifelong learner and has earned a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Mgt & Information Technology Mgt); Company Directors Course Diploma; Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD); Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI); and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).
A former Regional Chairman of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management, Andrew is passionate about supporting regionally based organisations to thrive for the benefit of those living and working in regional Australia.
